One Pan Shrimp Fajitas

At my house we are officially in the full swing back to school mindset, which means I am loving anything that is minimal mess and maximum taste for dinner. That’s where these One Pan Shrimp Fajitas come in! In less than 30 minutes you have a full meal with a perfect balance of vitamin C filled veggies, protein filled shrimp, and if you don’t want the carbs from the fajita tortillas, try it wrapped in lettuce!

This recipe was adapted from No. 2 Pencil blog so you can check out the original there or scrolled down for our take on it!
