Roasted spiced veggie fries with Mama Jess Organic Ketchup are great for dipping into during March Madness but easy enough for a weeknight dinner. And did we mention our ketchup is organic, no sugar added, vegan and #whole30 compliant!?! Here’s how we did it:

Combine 3/4 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp Trader Joe’s seasoning salt, 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt, and 1/8 tsp black pepper.
Clean and cut sweet potatoes, carrots, parsnips and white potatoes into fry shapes (tip: parsnips and carrots take longer to cook so chop those a bit skinnier) and coat with 2T of ghee per roasting pan.
Toss the fries with the seasoning and place on a parchment covered sheet pan, in a single layer (tip: don’t crowd the fries! Spreading them out will help with browning). Cook at 400F but make sure the convection is ON!! This moves the air around and helps the fries to brown and get a good crunch. Check after 10 minutes and for every additional 5 minutes…convection cooks a bit faster than regular so the fries go quick!!
