This week we are putting Mama Jess twist on this recipe posted by @alifefromscratch on Instagram. This crockpot pizza chicken is everything you need after a long day of homeschooling during this quarantine! Just a few ingredients and throw it in the crockpot for a few hours and POOF dinner is served (though we recommend it with some roasted broccoli or Brussels sprouts!).
Not to mention, your entire home will smell like a pizzeria for a few hours as the cheese bubbles and the chicken tenderizes. We only put pepperoni on top but you could also add spinach, browned ground sausage, and more of your favorite toppings!

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
15 oz can diced tomatoes
1/2 jar Mama Jess Organic Garden Pasta Sauce
Pepperoni (as much as you want!)
1 cup mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp pizza seasoning (basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, garlic salt)
In a large crockpot add the tomatoes and Mama Jess Pasta Sauce first.
On top of sauce, nestle in chicken breasts seasoned with salt, pepper, and pizza seasoning.
Top chicken with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni
Cook on high for 2-3 hours (2.5 was perfect for me) or on low for 4-6 hours.
