Burger Bar Condiments
One of our favorite summer entertaining tricks is a Build Your Own ____ Bar. It can be build your own brat, burger, veggie burger, salmon sandwich, hot dog, chicken sandwich…you get the idea. Ask your guests to bring a side dish or fruit for dessert and your work is considerably less! This 4th of July we’re offering brats we got from our local pastured meat supplier (All Grass Farms for any of you locals!) These toppings pair perfectly but honestly we’ve used this exact spread with beef burgers and salmon sandwiches too.
