Happy Thanksgiving!   Thanksgiving is definitely one of my favorite holidays. Of course it might be because I’m a foodie and love all the cooking aspects of the holiday. But I know it’s also my favorite because I’m a big believer in being grateful  – ALWAYS (not just on Thanksgiving!).
